Got this as a free gift. The design is very cute, I like the name card, wipey and image on the bag, but the quality of the product itself is quite poor. The plushie is a bit lopsided and there are visible glue gun strings still attached, but I think the bag is most disappointing. The material is extremely thin and flimsy so can only carry very lightweight items, construction doesn’t feel very sturdy either, and the black ink is already bleeding through the other side of the bag fresh out of the box. (I detached the plushie btw, worried that the stitching might tear the bag itself). Imo sustainability also means a commitment to product quality + responsible and transparent material and labour sourcing, and I would really love to see HYGR continue to improve on that front with their merch lines. Will continue to support this brand as I love the sunscreen, so I really hope you take this feedback to heart. Have a nice day! <3
