Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Shopee (CPAS), and TikTok Shop Ads.
- Monitor daily campaign performance to improve ROI, CTR, Add-to-Cart Rate, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad placements to identify top-performing combinations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy.
- Analyse campaign data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximise performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and creative strategies on TikTok and Meta.
- Work cross-functionally with the sales, content, and operations teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Experiment, learn fast, and scale what works — own the online revenue performance end-to-end.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of decision-making funnel metrics (CTR, ATC rate, IC rate, Conversion rate).
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads (CPAS), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, GMV Max, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of tracking setups (pixels, UTMs) and ad optimisation using automation or AI tools.
- Creative eye for short-form ads — able to blend performance data with storytelling.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hungry for growth.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills — proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in FMCG or personal care industry.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of retention metrics, LTV, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Senior KOL Specialist
- Identify and shortlist KOLs/influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Source, brief, negotiate, and onboard influencers aligning with campaign goals.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution: timeline coordination, content review, ensuring brand consistency
- Maintain influencer relationship database; monitor deliverables and ongoing collaboration opportunities .
📈 Affiliate Program Management

🤝 Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Sales, and Product teams to align outputs with brand identity
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts (influencers, affiliate networks, service agencies).
⚙️ Campaign Execution & Admin
- Coordinate product seeding, briefings, timelines, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with advertising standards (e.g., disclosures, #ad, local ad regulations).
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in influencer/KOL marketing, affiliate programs, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, creator trends, and influencer analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing digital campaign metrics.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple simultaneous campaigns.

Accounts Executive (Manufacturing & E-commerce)
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with Company’s policies and accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Accounts Payable - Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner with verified all supporting documents and authorised approval from other departments. Reconciliation with suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable - Ensure all collection tally with daily sales report from outlets are processed and recorded in the accounting system in a timely manner within a time frame set.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least LCCI 3rd level/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Possess knowledge and well versed in MS Excel. Well-versed in Accounting (Preferred SQL) software will be advantageous.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience
- Experience in the manufacturing/ E-commerce retail industry would be an added advantage.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paced environment, has a good sense of responsibility, detailed with intermediate problem-solving skills and independently with minimum supervision.

As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Procurement & Supply Chain Executive who can keep up with our momentum and help us find the best materials, packaging, and suppliers to bring our next-gen products to life.
What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Supplier Management
Source new product packaging (bottles, boxes, tubes, etc.) locally and internationally, especially from China-based suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and competitive pricing
Communicate in Mandarin when necessary to handle supplier negotiations, sample requests, and production tracking
Procurement & Cost Comparison
Request, evaluate, and compare quotations for packaging, raw materials, and services
Monitor cost trends to identify savings opportunities and support product margin goals
Maintain clear procurement records, purchase orders, and timelines
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, material forecasts, and delivery schedules
Support logistics planning for imports/exports, including customs clearance and freight coordination
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to support the launch of new products and limited editions
Stay agile and adaptable to last-minute changes and evolving business priorities
